Oiendrila Ray Kapur is a creative director based in India, working across space, design, and cultural expression.

​

Influenced by her late father, Dr. Utpal Ray, her work is rooted in memory - often expressed through the quiet symbolism of the blue lotus.

​

A graduate of Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, she began her career at Grey Worldwide before expanding her practice across set design, florals, tablescapes, and visual merchandising.

​

Her work spans cultural platforms such as India Story, FICCI, and Taj Women in Art, as well as luxury hospitality projects including Makaibari and global showcases like the G20. Across scale and context, her approach remains consistent - layered, intentional, and deeply felt.
 

Recognised as Woman of the Year by the Women’s Times and featured among the Times Design Ikons East, Oiendrila represents a contemporary Indian creative voice - one that bridges legacy, beauty, and emotion with quiet confidence.
